How to pre-register

It takes a few minutes in the CROSS app.

    Update the app

    Update the CROSS app to the latest version.

  2. 02

    Open CROSS Pay

    Tap CROSSPAY on the app's main screen.

  3. 03

    Enter your details

    Fill in the information needed to request your card.

  4. 04

    Use it after launch

    You can start using it the moment it opens on September 1.

  5. 05

    Register your card

    Register the card you receive in the app to pay and ride transit.

Money you top up can be used for card payments and transfers at home and abroad, and you can withdraw it as cash at convenience store ATMs.

To use CROSS Pay without interruption, agree to move your balance from CROSS Wallet to CROSS Pay. Once you agree, your existing CROSS Wallet balance moves over safely and you can use the upgraded CROSS Pay service.

What happens next

From the deadline to the card in your hand.

  1. Pre-registration closes

    August 31, 2026

    Applications close at 11 PM.

  2. Service opens

    September 1, 2026

    Top-ups, payments, and transfers become available.

  3. Card delivery starts

    September 7, 2026

    Cards ship in the order they were requested.

  • The first top-up reward goes to the first 1,000 people who complete a top-up between September 1 and September 6. It is paid to CROSS Pay together on September 7, once per person.
  • Delivery dates may change for internal reasons. We will let you know through this notice if they do.
  • CROSS Pay works on the latest version of the CROSS app. Please update from your app store.
  • For anything about CROSS Pay, contact us from the support menu at the bottom of the CROSS app.
